Job summary

Cygnet Long Eaton Day Services in Nottingham is seeking a Bank Driver to support transport for service users. You will drive a 7-seater minibus on a casual, ad-hoc basis across a 7-day rota, ensuring vehicle safety and cleanliness.

Applicants must be 21+ with a full UK licence (D1) for at least 2 years, able to navigate locally, and provide excellent customer service and communications. Flexible hours, with overtime opportunities and DBS checks will apply.

Qualifications

• Valid UK D1 driving license with no more than 3 points.
• Knowledge of the local area.
• Able to navigate using Sat Nav or maps.
• Able to plan and keep to a schedule.
• Willing to work unsupervised.
• Good customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 7-seater minibus on ad-hoc shifts.
• Refuel and check the vehicle before going out and after return; keep it clean inside and out; report faults/damage.
• Ensure safety and smooth operation of transport for service users.
