Job summary

Cygnet Long Eaton Day Services is seeking a part-time driver to operate a 7-seater minibus across a 20-hour week split shift (3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon). Applicants must be 21+, hold a UK D1 licence with up to 3 points, and be familiar with the local area.

Responsibilities include vehicle checks, refuelling, ensuring cleanliness, and reporting faults. Benefits include overtime opportunities and ongoing coaching and support.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK driving D1 Licence with no more than 3 points
• Knowledge of the local area
• Able to navigate around an area using Sat Nav or maps
• Able to plan and keep to a schedule
• Willing to work unsupervised
• Good customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent organization skills

Responsibilities

• Drive a 7-seater minibus on a 20 hour per week split shift (3 hours morning, 3 hours afternoon)
• Ensure company vehicle is refuelled and checked before and after journeys
• Keep the vehicle clean and report any faults or damage
