Job summary

We Change Lives (WCL) is seeking a Bank Support Worker to provide compassionate care across our elderly, dementia, and mental health services. You will work ad hoc, with days and nights available, and choose shifts that fit your timetable.

This role offers pay enhancements for night hours and access to benefits through our online rota system. Applicants with care experience will hit the ground running, supporting residents to maintain independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings preferred.
• Experience with elderly, dementia, learning disabilities or mental health needs beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Mentor new colleagues during induction and support high-quality care delivery.
• Participate in supervision, observation and appraisal processes; maintain accurate written reports.
• Follow organisational procedures including safeguarding, health & safety, and data protection.
