Qualifications

• 6 months Acute HCSW UK hospital/hospice experience within the last 2 years OR Studying General/Adult Nursing with 12 weeks clinical placements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations and weight.
• Assist in the delivery of patient care as directed by the Registered Nurse.
• Ensure that the patient is the prime focus when making decisions about their care and well being.
• Assist patients with compassion during activities of daily living while respecting privacy, dignity and human rights.
