Survey Solutions in Birmingham is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead campaigns across the UK construction sector and support our growth from the head office. You will drive multi‑channel marketing, develop content, and manage digital activities to engage existing clients and win new ones.

Collaborating with operations, sales and business development teams, you will analyse data, optimise funnels, and raise brand visibility through press, web, social and email.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing within the UK construction/civil engineering industry.
• Understanding of marketing and sales funnels and using insights to drive decisions.
• Working with operations, sales and business development teams and with agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email and offline channels.
• Increase sales inquiries (SQLs) by creating targeted programs.
• Develop and manage multi-touch attribution and real-time customer journeys.
• Create long-form content for web, social, press and media to establish thought leadership.
• Increase brand awareness through press coverage of projects and engineering challenges.
• Maximise ROI of marketing spend through data-driven optimisations.
