Job summary

AA Euro Recruitment UK is seeking a Support Worker to join our agency team across Peterhead and Aberdeen. This temporary / flexible agency role helps individuals in community settings to maintain independence and dignity.

Typical shifts are 08:00am-20:00pm, with regular daytime hours and flexible agency work available. Competitive hourly rates and dedicated recruitment support are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant or similar care environment.
• Caring, patient and person-centred approach.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries.
• Flexibility and reliability for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Providing person-centred care and support to individuals in the community.
• Supporting service users with daily living activities and independence.
• Following individual care and support plans.
• Assisting with appointments, activities and community engagement.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborating with colleagues and other professionals.
