Job summary

Completely Care Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking an experienced Nursery Practitioner for flexible agency shifts in Bristol. You will deliver engaging activities under EYFS, provide high-quality care, and help create a safe, inclusive environment for children aged 0-5.

This role offers weekly pay and the chance to work across multiple nurseries. Ideal candidates hold Level 3 in Early Years or Childcare, have UK nursery experience, and a current DBS.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential).
• Minimum 6 months' recent UK experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Proactive, reliable and enthusiastic approach.
• Ability to get stuck in straight away and work independently when required.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Provide high-quality care and support tailored to individual children's needs.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and welcoming nursery environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain excellent childcare standards.
• Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times.
• Confidently step into different settings and adapt quickly to new teams and routines.
