Locum Ready is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to support regional community health and primary care services across Dykehead with flexible sessional work tailored to ACPs experienced in autonomous clinical assessment and urgent patient demand.

Qualifications

Advanced Clinical Practitioner qualification (Level 7) required.
Clinical background in Nursing, Paramedic Science, AHP or similar.
Independent Prescribing (V300) desirable.

Responsibilities

Delivering ACP-led sessions within community and primary care settings.
Managing acute, undifferentiated and minor illness presentations.
Supporting urgent patient demand through telephone or face-to-face triage.
Prescribing safely within scope of competence.
Managing clinical actions including results, medication reviews and follow-up tasks.
Recording accurate and clear digital documentation.
