Qualifications

• ACP qualification Level 7 and independent prescribing desirable.
• Experience in GP, urgent care or community health services.
• Ability to work independently in varied clinical environments.
• Enhanced DBS clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ACP-led sessions within community and primary care settings.
• Manage acute, undifferentiated and minor illness presentations.
• Support urgent patient demand via triage (telephone/face-to-face).
• Prescribe safely within competence.
• Record accurate digital documentation.
