Aspire People is recruiting experienced Cover Supervisors to work in a large Hull secondary school (HU4). You will supervise classes, deliver pre-prepared materials, and help maintain a calm, productive learning environment across subjects and year groups.

This day-to-day role offers flexible days and hours during term-time, with the freedom to choose when you work. You don't need to be a qualified teacher, but confidence managing a classroom is essential, along with reliable professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous UK school experience
• Experience working with secondary-aged students
• Confidence managing a classroom independently
• Strong understanding of professional expectations within a UK school
• Excellent communication and behaviour-management skills
• A reliable and professional approach
• Ability to adapt quickly to different classes, subjects and year groups

Responsibilities

• Supervise students in the absence of their regular teacher
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials
