Job summary

The Best Connection Group in Corby is currently seeking a Counterbalance FLT Driver (Flexi/Bendi or Counterbalance). The role includes operating the FLT, moving stock, and performing general warehouse tasks while hitting productivity targets.

Hours typically run 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-19:00, Monday to Friday, with weekly PAYE pay and standard benefits. A valid Counterbalance licence and warehouse experience are required.

• Experience in warehouse operations.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to undertake manual handling duties.

Counterbalance certificate. This is an ongoing opportunity with a reputable employer.

About the Role

As a Flexi/Bendi or Counterbalance FLT Driver, your main duties will include:

• Operating a Flexi/Bendi FLT safely and efficiently
• Accurate handling and movement of stock within the warehouse
• Carrying out general warehouse duties as required
• Working to productivity targets while maintaining high standards
• Following all health and safety procedures
• 0800-1600
• 0900-1900
• Monday to Friday

Pay

• £13.75 per hour
• £14.75 per hour after 45 hours
• Weekly PAYE pay

What We're Looking For

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Previous warehouse experience
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to undertake manual handling duties
