Job summary

The Best Connection Group in Corby is seeking a Counterbalance FLT Driver to operate a Flexi/Bendi forklift safely, move stock precisely, and support general warehouse tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will help meet productivity targets while maintaining high standards and adhering to health and safety procedures. The role pays £13.75 per hour, rising to £14.75 after 45 hours, with weekly PAYE and ongoing work.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Experience operating Flexi/Bendi forklifts is essential.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude.
• Good organisational skills.
• Ability to undertake manual handling duties.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Previous Flexi/Bendi driving experience is essential
• Previous warehouse experience
