Serve Legal are recruiting compliance auditors to perform audits at a range of sites across the UK and Ireland. These audits involve making a purchase and reporting on the experience, including whether ID was requested.

This is a part-time, flexible role with per-audit pay aligned to Real-Living-Wage rates. Audits are allocated in nearby batches, with no obligation to work regularly; Area Managers assign tasks suitable to your schedule.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the UK (16+ years).
• 18–19 year olds are required for age-verification audits.
• Willing to travel across sites in the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Carry out in-person audits at supermarkets, high-street retailers, betting shops, and more.
• Report back on the customer experience, including whether ID was requested.
• Complete audits accurately and on time, following the assignment brief.
