Qualifications
Experience managing a team of vehicle technicians.
Fully qualified mechanic with own toolkit.
Proven experience working on LCV and HGV vehicles.
Valid UK driving license, preferably HGV.

Flexibility to work in varying shift patterns.
Responsibilities
Lead operations across shifts ensuring safety and quality.
Conduct weekly team meetings and shift huddles.
Manage inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
Perform effective stock control and completion of work orders.
