Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in mechanical or automotive engineering.
• Experience supervising a workshop or technical team.
• Solid understanding of PCV operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a workshop team to deliver safe, reliable vehicles.
• Schedule and prioritise maintenance and servicing activities.
• Support team development and identify training needs.
• Quality check vehicles after maintenance to meet high standards.
• Uphold health, safety and environmental standards.
