Job summary

A Fleet Support Advisor role with Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Liverpool. You will support a portfolio of fleet and commercial motor insurance clients, handling queries by phone and email, and processing policy changes with accuracy.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in commercial insurance or insurance customer service, with fleet or multi-vehicle experience as an advantage. Mon-Fri 9-5, with progression and benefits.

A well-established insurance company is looking for a Fleet Support Advisor to join its growing commercial team in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor or insurance professional to join a supportive business that offers genuine career development and long-term stability.

What will you be doing as a Fleet Support Advisor?

This role could suit a Commercial Account Handler, Insurance Account Handler, Fleet Administrator, Insurance Customer Service Advisor or similar.

You'll ideally have:

• At least 2 years' experience in commercial insurance or insurance customer service.
• Fleet or multi-vehicle insurance experience would be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and use your own initiative
• Strong attention to detail and good IT skills.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach.
