Job summary

Tillicoultry Quarries Ltd. is seeking a Driver and Fleet Supervisor based at Kilbagie Head Office, SCOTLAND.

You will lead driver training, conduct assessments and ensure compliance across the fleet, while coordinating maintenance and weighbridge operations to maximise productivity. The role requires a valid C+E license, strong communication and planning skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Valid C+E driving licence.
• Knowledge of transport compliance and fleet management.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to analyse data and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Induction and training of new drivers to meet standards and customer service.
• Carry out driver assessments and probation monitoring.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing and maintenance to minimise disruption.
• Maximise fleet utilisation with weighbridge, dispatch and drivers.
• Monitor systems to identify performance and compliance issues.
• Support investigations after incidents across sites.
