Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Fleet Planning Analyst for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract based in London or Luxembourg. You will analyze complex data to optimize deployment plans for Delivery Service Providers and support the expansion of the Electric fleet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, operations, logistics or engineering.
• Experience in Excel (macros, index, conditional lists, arrays, pivots, lookups) or with Python/SQL/Tableau for large-scale data mining and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on modelling and defining decisions to plan deployments in the short/medium term (<10 weeks).
• Owning deep dives and risk assessment for demand fluctuations or disruptions; advise on back-up plans like rental procurement or reallocation.
• Designing and reporting on supply ramp progress pre and post peak with cross-functional alignment for visibility.
• Leading LEAN initiatives and cross-country processes to audit fleet health and defleet incentives.
