Job summary

Right Now Group is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for a 12-month FTC. The role is office-based at Cerney Wick, Gloucestershire, with a salary of £30,000–£33,000 and standard Monday–Friday hours.

You will plan and schedule orders, manage inventory and the haulage fleet, and act as the main point of contact for customers and drivers. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and previous logistics or transport planning experience.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accurate order management experience.
• Experience in Logistics, Transport or Fleet Management preferred.
• Experience in scheduling materials and routes.
• Good geographical knowledge or scheduling/route planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule orders on the inhouse system and manage inventory using Maximo (IBM).
• Manage and utilise the haulage fleet.
• Process customer orders against forecast and ensure stock availability.
• Be the key contact for customers and drivers.
• Maintain data integrity for accurate customer orders.
• Plan routes for the company fleet focusing on cost and efficiency.
• Monitor transports and update clients at milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure Goods-In receives correct quantities of ordered materials.
