Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule orders on the inhouse system and manage inventory using Maximo.
• Manage and utilise the haulage fleet to meet schedules.
• Process customer orders against forecast usage and ensure stock availability.
• Act as the key point of contact for customers and drivers.
• Maintain data integrity in internal databases for accurate orders.
• Plan routes for the company fleet focusing on cost and efficiency.
• Monitor transports and inform clients at milestones, ensuring timeliness.
