Job summary

JMC Aviation Limited, an airline based in Manchester, is recruiting a Fleet Performance Engineer to join the Maintenance Control Team in Didsbury. The role focuses on developing a proactive maintenance programme to maximise fleet reliability and support on-time operations for the Embraer fleet.

You will analyse data from multiple sources to identify extra maintenance tasks, issue Engineering Technical Requirements and work instructions, and provide timely performance reports to help safety and

Qualifications

CAA Part-66 B1/B2 licence or equivalent engineering qualification.
Embraer E190 type rating or experience in a similar role.
Working knowledge of Part-CAMO, Part-M and Part-145 requirements.
Right to work in the UK.
Technical Services experience including continued airworthiness / maintenance support.
Knowledge of airline business, regulatory and operating environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop the preventive maintenance programme.
Lead the predictive maintenance philosophy for the fleet.
Identify maintenance tasks beyond scheduled programme to protect flying programme.
Communicate requirements to engineering teams via technical instructions.
Maintain focus on dispatch reliability and operational targets.
Develop, maintain and present performance reports.
Provide technical leadership on the fleet and support on complex defects.
Collaborate with Safety Services and Air Ops on flight data reviews.
