East Midlands Railway is seeking an experienced Fleet Performance Team Manager based in Derby. You will lead fleet performance, continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making across EMR fleets, collaborating with Fleet, Engineering and Operations to deliver reliability gains and cost efficiencies.

You will apply Lean and CI techniques, coach teams, and drive structured problem solving from issue identification through to benefits realisation.

Qualificações

• Experience in fleet performance, reliability or operational performance.
• Experience using data and KPIs to drive improvement.
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Fleet Performance & CI across EMR fleets.
• Set targets and own improvement actions from analysis.
• Apply Lean and CI techniques to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Fleet, Engineering and Operations and external partners.
