Job summary

Ayvens in the United Kingdom is seeking a Fleet Operations Manager to own in-life fleet operations, ensure compliance, and drive cost-efficiency for customer fleets. You will work with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and customers to deliver an seamless operational experience and meet KPIs and SLAs.

The role requires experience in fleet management, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to analyse data to identify improvement opportunities. A full UK driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet management or fleet operations.
• Proven ability to manage supplier and customer relationships.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze operational data and drive improvements.
• Experience with GDPR documentation and record keeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage in-life vehicle activity and fleet operations to meet service levels.
• Monitor compliance, maintenance schedules and performance.
• Own off-road, breakdowns, hires and accident management processes.
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers and coordinate reviews.
• Analyse costs to identify savings and optimise spend.
