Job summary

Ayvens is seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Manager to own in-life fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are maintained, compliant, and fully operational for customers.

You will build trusted relationships with customers and suppliers, manage maintenance and VOR, hires, and accident management, and drive continuous improvement across fleet performance while reporting against KPIs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet management or fleet operations.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and service delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse operational data and identify improvements.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all in-life vehicle activity and fleet operational processes.
• Ensure vehicles are maintained to service levels and customer requirements.
• Monitor and manage vehicle compliance, maintenance schedules, and performance.
• Oversee vehicles off road (VOR), breakdowns, hires, and accident management.
• Support fleet governance with supplier onboarding and reviews.
• Produce accurate reporting, forecasting, and KPI/ SLA updates.
