Qualifications

• Previous experience in vehicle fleet or transport administration
• Knowledge of current transport regulations covering driver hours and vehicle maintenance regulations
• Strong MS Office skills; experience using Axscend Vehicle management system and Tachomaster
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage high volumes of data and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Compliance Manager and assist in the administration of a large fleet of LGV Vehicles
• Ensure compliance with all company standards, policies and procedures
• Input and maintain records within the Fleet Management System and other external systems
• Ensure documentation is kept up to date and in good order per current legislation and guidelines
• Manage fleet compliance and raise defect issues
• Help promote a culture of vehicle accident reporting
