Job summary

Qualifications

• Two-year diploma in Fleet Management, Automotive Business or General Business required.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations and maintenance practices.
• Experience with fleet management systems and data reporting.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance plans for vehicle and equipment assets.
• Generate vehicle expense and mileage reports with data analysis for management.
• Coordinate fleet assets acquisition, inventory, and disposal.
• Act as liaison with vendors, departments, and mechanics for issue resolution.
