As our Fleet Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our 150-vehicle fleet is safe, compliant, and ready to support essential services across Lincolnshire.
Combining hands‑on fleet coordination with data‑driven decision making, you'll oversee vehicle performance, compliance, maintenance, and safety, working closely with colleagues, suppliers, and operational teams to keep our fleet running efficiently.

In this role, you will be part of our Operational Support team, helping to improve the responsiveness and efficiency of our Repairs Service. Your work will support our operatives as they travel across Lincolnshire, ensuring our customers' homes remain safe, well‑maintained, and a place they are proud to call home.

You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own diary and the flexibility to work from locations that best support the delivery of the projects your working on. This could be at our main offices in Grimsby or Boston, our various community hubs, at home, local coffee shops, or wherever works best for you.
As part of this role, you will be expected to carry out vehicle inspections, hand over new vans, and meet with suppliers and contractors in person.

Interviews will be held in person in our Grimsby office on 11th September.We may also invite shortlisted candidates to an initial conversation via Microsoft Teams in advance of these interviews.
