Enva is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Planning Supervisor to join the Linwood site. You will oversee the planning and booking of inspections, MOTs, and maintenance to keep the fleet safe, compliant and cost-efficient.

You will coordinate documentation, manage tyre admin, procurement, and supplier invoicing, acting as a link between workshop, transport, and operations to prioritise daily workload while maintaining health and safety standards on-site.

Qualifikationen

• UK driving licence required.
• Proven experience in fleet maintenance planning.
• Knowledge of fleet maintenance requirements.
• Ability to plan and prioritise workload for self and team.
• Willingness to contribute to a positive health & safety culture.
• Role is office-based but on-site with PPE required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee planning and booking of all MOTs and inspections for Linwood Fleet.
• Maintain workshop documentation and timesheets, servicing records and MOTs.
• Ensure inspections, servicing, MOTs, defects and repairs are logged and actioned.
• Ensure timely receipt of paperwork and certification from providers.
• Assist with tyre admin duties: call-outs, replacements, records, invoice checks.
• Procurement: parts ordering, supplier liaison, cost tracking, invoicing.

Description

We are seeking a Fleet Maintenance Planning Supervisor to join our team at the Linwood site.

As a Fleet Maintenance Planning Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles within Enva’s fleet are maintained safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively to minimise downtime and keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and booking of all legally required inspections/MOT’s for Linwood Fleet
• Maintain all documentation – Recording and systematically documenting workshop daily timesheets, Servicing, MOTs Etc.
• Ensure all inspections, servicing, MOTs, defects, and repairs are logged and actioned accurately
• Ensure all inspection paperwork and certification is received in a timely manner from providers
• Assist with tyre administrative duties – call-outs, replacements, records, invoice checks
• Procurement – parts ordering, suppliers, cost tracking, invoicing
• Handle workshop and fleet-related calls
• Act as the link between workshop, transport, operations, and office to prioritise daily workload effectively
• Support Transport Management by ensuring administration, compliance, and reporting are accurate
• Control of stock and workshop consumables
• Raise Purchase Orders for all workshop requirements
• Manage cost budget for workshop
• Manage renewal of Vehicle Tax for Scotland

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Hold a UK driving licence
• Proven experience in Fleet Maintenance Planning
• Knowledge of Fleet Maintenance Requirements
• Able to plan and prioritise workload for self and team
• Willingness to contribute to a positive health & safety culture
• Although this is an office-based role, the candidate will be required to be on-site and wear appropriate PPE
