Job summary

Quell is seeking an experienced Driver & Fleet Manager to ensure safe, efficient, and timely transportation of equipment to client sites and events across the UK. You will manage fleet maintenance, lead drivers, and support logistics planning while representing the company professionally at all times.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, potential UK Security Clearance (SC) eligibility, and a proactive, flexible attitude to assist across operational activities.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
• C1+E certification is desirable.
• Strong commitment to safe and compliant driving practices.
• Ability to carry out daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Ability to safely load, secure, transport, and unload equipment.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and possibly abroad.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with flexibility to support other tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage fleet maintenance, routine safety inspections, and timely repairs to keep vehicles roadworthy.
• Lead, train, and support drivers and support teams.
• Transport technical hardware and equipment safely to client sites and events across the UK and abroad as required.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload equipment with care to prevent damage.
• Support logistics planning by helping plan routes and provide delivery updates.
• Assist with non-driving projects and operational activities as needed.
• Represent the business professionally with clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
