Job summary

Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) is offering an undergraduate placement in Milton Keynes within the Fleet Corporate Services team. You will support corporate fleet customers from quotations and orders through to in-life queries and end-of-contract activity in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The role requires an undergraduate degree with a placement year and offers hybrid working with in-office presence three days per week.

Qualifications

• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with empathy and understanding.
• Highly organised, accurate and able to work under pressure to demanding deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with quotations, orders, deliveries and in-life contract queries.
• Generate quotations, prepare sales proposals and progress signed orders within strict SLAs.
• Liaise with retailers, brands and multi-marque manufacturers to obtain customer quotations.
• Support bespoke customer requirements such as vehicle conversions, sign writing and non-standard products.
• Help manage customer dissatisfaction and end-of-contract disputes to maintain strong relationships.
• Provide reporting, rate books and tender documentation to support new business.
• Work with Fleet Sales and Account Management teams and attend customer-facing opportunities where appropriate.
• Review processes and identify potential improvements.
