PTSG Group is seeking a Fleet Coordinator for the Middleton office to maintain fleet records, ensure vehicle compliance and availability, and support the Fleet team in delivering a cost-effective operation.
The role primarily covers administration, compliance, maintenance coordination and supplier liaison across a nationwide fleet, requiring keen attention to detail and strong IT and communication skills.

Our Group Fleet Management team arelooking for a proactive Fleet Coordinatorto join their team and play a key role in managing our vehicle fleet operations.
Based from our Middleton office (M24 1GQ), this is a full time, permanent role, working 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
As Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for keeping fleet records accurate and current, for ensuring vehicles remain compliant and available, and for supporting the wider Fleet team in delivering a well-controlled and cost-effective fleet.
Vehicle and asset administration
Maintain records for all allocated vehicles, including registration, ownership, contract and driver allocation details.
Support the ordering, collection, allocation and return of vehicles.
Arrange hire and short-term replacement vehicles, and monitor their use, duration and cost.
Keep the fleet management system up to date.
Compliance and documentation
Monitor MOT, service, tax and insurance renewal dates, and arrange the necessary bookings and renewals.
Maintain driving licence checking records and escalated endorsements, restrictions or expiries.
Process fines, penalty charge notices and driver nominations.
Assist with insurance claims and incident reporting, including gathering statements, images and repair information.
Maintenance and supplier liaison
Book routine servicing, inspections and repairs with approved suppliers.
Act as a day-to-day contact for garages, leasing providers, hire companies and other fleet suppliers.
Check supplier invoices against agreed rates and quoted work.
Track vehicles off the road and keep operational managers informed of expected return dates.
Driver and internal support
Respond to driver and manager queries.
Issue and control fuel cards, keys, permits and vehicle documentation.
Support new starters and leavers through vehicle allocation, handover and return.
Provide guidance on Group fleet policy.
