Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Birmingham is seeking a Fleet Compliance Coordinator to support day-to-day vehicle management, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate transport documentation.

You will report to the Transport Manager, handle Tachomaster operations, and contribute to efficient transport administration while aligning with internal policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within fleet operations.
• IT literate with Microsoft Office packages.
• TachoMaster knowledge or experience.
• General transport operation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Report to Transport Manager and support day-to-day vehicle management activities.
• Manage documentation and vehicles ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Prepare transport documents and ensure SOP compliance.
• Keep administration up to date and accurate.
• Operate Tachomaster and generate weekly reports.

Pay Rate: £30,000

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 08:00AM to 16:00PM

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Reporting to Transport Manager, and working alongside the operation with responsibility for day to day operational administration for the vehicle management activities.
• Managing documentation and vehicles whilst ensuring the business compliance is protected efficiently in line with internal policies and procedures.
• Preparation of Transport documents - ensure compliance with standard operating procedure.
• Ensuring all administration is up to date and accurate
• Control Tachomaster and ensure the weekly reports are completed
