Job summary

Prestige Recruitment Group in Liverpool is seeking a Motor Insurance Account Handler to join our client's commercial team. You will support a portfolio of fleet, multi-vehicle and commercial motor clients, handle day-to-day queries, policy administration and mid-term adjustments.

This role requires strong motor insurance experience, excellent communication, and meticulous record keeping to maintain CRM and policy details and to help with cross-selling insurance products.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience within insurance is essential.
• Strong motor insurance experience is non-negotiable.
• Commercial Motor, Fleet or Multi-Vehicle experience would be highly advantageous.
• Personal Lines experience will be considered with strong motor knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day queries and policy administration for motor and fleet clients.
• Handle mid-term adjustments, renewals and policy servicing.
• Liaise with clients, insurers and underwriters to resolve queries.
• Maintain accurate CRM and policy records.
• Build strong client and insurer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
