Job summary

Government Commercial Agency in the UK is seeking a Commercial Agreement Manager to oversee fleet framework agreements, including Vehicle Lease and Tyres, Glass and Telematics. You will drive value and manage customer relationships while supporting transitions to electric vehicles.

You will work with a close-knit team to deliver commercial outcomes, maintain high service standards and contribute to carbon net-zero targets across public sector fleets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of commercial arrangements, drive value for customers and expand fleet spend.
• Serve as primary customer contact, offering market insight and guidance on vehicle lease and related frameworks.
• Advise on compliant access to fleet solutions and procurement options including direct award and further competitions.
• Lead supplier management, ensuring contract compliance and driving supplier growth.
• Prepare tender documents, specifications, award criteria and pricing models for frameworks.
• Analyse data to identify value opportunities and inform internal decision making.
