Job summary

Michelin in the Southeast England is seeking a Service Provider Fleet Auditor to travel around Southeast England, inspecting tyres, auditing service providers, and managing fleet contracts. You will train technicians and use Excel and in‑house IT systems to ensure accurate data and billing.

The position offers a starting salary of £34,000 with up to 11% bonus and a company car. Remote work is possible to support field activities, with occasional weekends contributing to a collaborative network.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills with strong customer service focus.
• Confident with IT and Excel and able to learn in-house systems.
• Self-motivated and able to work outdoors year-round.
• Valid UK driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years; right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Inspect truck tyres and conduct pressure audits.
• Manage stock and perform vehicle checks.
• Train technicians and build relationships with service providers.
• Handle data and billing using IT systems to support Michelin's goals.
