Job summary

Tructyre Fleet Management Limited is seeking a Commercial Tyre Technician to service and fit tyres for our commercial fleets, including roadside call-outs. This full-time, permanent position offers 44 hours per week and a starting salary of £34,030 per year, with an OTE up to £39,000 dependent on bonus and qualifications.

You will conduct fleet inspections, maintain stock, and complete electronic job sheets, while collaborating with depot colleagues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Commercial Tyre Technician or in a similar role.
• A full UK driving licence is required.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A strong commitment to health and safety standards.
• Flexibility and willingness to participate in an on-call rota.

Responsibilities

• Fit and maintain tyres for commercial vehicle fleets, including roadside breakdowns and on-site services.
• Carry out fleet inspections and maintenance work
• Complete company documentation and electronic job sheets accurately
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
• Manage stock effectively
• Work collaboratively with depot colleagues to support customer needs
• Participate in an on-call rota and flexible working patterns as required
