Job summary

Michelin is seeking a Service Provider Specialist to join the Connected Solutions Operations Team. The role involves managing fleet contracts and ensuring third-party service providers meet Michelin’s high standards.

The position offers remote flexibility with occasional weekend work and travel around Southeast England. You’ll inspect tyres, conduct pressure audits, manage stock, and perform vehicle checks, while training technicians and maintaining strong provider relationships.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ideally located in or around Kent.
• Willingness to spend time outdoors in all weather.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect truck tyres and perform pressure audits.
• Manage stock and vehicle checks.
• Train technicians and build relationships with providers.
• Handle data accurately using IT systems and for billing.
