MWI Animal Health is recruiting a Fleet Transport Manager for our Coatbridge Service Centre. You will lead a large team of drivers and Driver Team Managers, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient transport across the network.

Your role requires strategic oversight, on-call weekend duties, and travel to link points as needed. You will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets and KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced, health-regulated environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in transport operations within fast-paced distribution/logistics/delivery.
• Proven leadership managing large teams including drivers and agency staff.
• Strong knowledge of transport legislation, fleet compliance, operator licence requirements, and health and safety standards.
• Ability to manage budgets, labour costs, service performance and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels.
• CPC qualification is essential.
• Full UK driving licence required.

**Fleet Transport Manager****Location:** Coatbridge**Summary of Role**We have an exciting opportunity for a **Fleet Transport Manager** to join our Coatbridge Service Centre. Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will form part of the site's senior management team and take overall responsibility for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the transport function.Leading a team of Driver Team Managers and over 100 drivers, alongside agency colleagues during peak periods, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service whilst maintaining productivity, compliance, and operational performance standards. The role is responsible for the movement of materials, products, and temperature-sensitive shipments across the network, ensuring all deliveries are completed safely, securely, and in line with regulatory requirements. As a forward-thinking leader, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimise transport operations, and support business change programmes.
