Fleet Administrator Opportunity

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to manage the delivery, invoicing, and availability of specialist sale and rental equipment within the commercial vehicle sector. This role involves working closely with internal teams, external customers, and suppliers to ensure efficient processes, smooth deliveries, and excellent customer service.

Fleet Administrator Duties

  • Support the delivery and sales teams through the order and shipment process.
  • Manage new and used equipment availability and allocations.
  • Oversee the import/export process and liaise with international partners.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and resolve outstanding supplier payments and queries.
  • Work closely with workshop and transport teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain customer records, vehicle information, and internal systems.
  • Compile and submit weekly/monthly sales reports and quality targets.
  • Organise special vehicle demonstrations for potential customers.
  • Conduct monthly one-to-one meetings with the delivery team to enhance customer service.
Fleet Administrator skills/experience required
  • At least 2 years experience within a similar role within the commercial vehicle sector
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in order processing, invoicing, and logistics coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Knowledge of import/export processes is a plus.
