Synergy Flavors, Inc. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Flavour Technician to support our Flavour Creation team. You will play a hands-on role in preparing and combining flavour formulations and maintaining precise records in a modern laboratory.

Working with experienced Flavourists, you will handle liquids, powders and spray-dried flavours, ensure materials are ready, keep equipment clean, and contribute to sensory evaluations and customer projects while developing technical skills.

Formación

• Scientific background in Chemistry, Food Science, Biology or related discipline.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Methodical approach with focus on quality and consistency.
• Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.
• Strong organisational and time management and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately weigh, measure and combine ingredients to prepare flavour formulations following formulas.
• Prepare flavour samples using liquids, powders and spray-dried flavours.
• Support Flavour Creation with new developments, reformulations and customer projects.
• Maintain accurate formulation records and laboratory data.
• Monitor raw material stocks and ensure proper lab labelling and storage.
• Collaborate with Flavour Creation, Production and Sample Bay for smooth lab operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe laboratory environment and follow safety procedures.
• Support sensory and technical evaluations including sample prep for panels and presentations.
• Develop technical knowledge through hands-on training with experienced colleagues.
