Grs Group in Tyttenhanger near St Albans is seeking a self-motivated HGV driver to join our busy team.

You will drive LGV/HGV vehicles, perform daily checks, load securely, and deliver to customers while upholding safety and professionalism.

This full-time role offers 45 hours per week plus overtime, with on-site training and a uniform provided, plus good opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 1 license is required.
• Driver CPC card is required.
• Valid Tachograph card.
• On-site training will be provided on joining.

Responsibilities

• Drive LGV/HGV vehicles and deliver goods to customers.
• Check vehicle safety and condition at start of day and report faults.
• Ensure loads are secured and weights are within legal limits.
• Drive efficiently while complying with road safety laws.
• Represent the company professionally at customers' premises.
• Assist in yard duties when not driving and complete required reports.
