Job summary

The Production Factory, in collaboration with M&S, is seeking a junior on-set styling role at Big Sky Studios, London. You will create high-quality flat lays and still life imagery across home and fashion for ecommerce, working with the in-house team and freelancers.

This is an excellent entry point into a six-person styling team, requiring keen attention to detail and the ability to meet briefed shot counts in a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• Proven styling experience in home and fashion within an ecommerce studio environment.
• Strong understanding of image standards, brand guidelines and style direction.
• Versatility styling a broad range of product categories; homeware is a bonus.
• Good knowledge of photography and post-production processes.
• Experience in creative still life is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Styling across hanging, mannequin, and tabletop sets with a focus on flat lay.
• Collaborate with in-house Photography and Art Direction teams and freelancers.
• Maintain high visual standards and adhere to client guidelines on every shoot.
• Deliver work to briefs, shot count and quality expectations.
• Participate in meetings and communicate effectively with clients and team.
• Maintain styling kit bags and contribute to studio upkeep.
