Job summary

TALA is seeking a dynamic Retail Store Associate for our central London flagship on Carnaby Street. You will welcome customers, share styling advice, process transactions, and help maintain a premium store environment that reflects the brand's energy and values.

Reporting to the Retail Store Manager, you will work with the team to hit sales targets, manage stock, and keep the store clean and well-presented while staying on-brand with the latest collections.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment, preferably fashion/activewear.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
• Natural problem-solver with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong visual merchandising instincts and attention to brand style.

Responsibilities

• Embody and communicate TALA brand philosophy to customers.
• Greet, assist, and provide styling advice to customers; handle inquiries and returns.
• Process sales transactions using the store POS system.
• Maintain appealing store layout; assist with stock replenishment and organization.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and participate in staff meetings/training to stay updated on trends.
