Qualifications

• Experience leading large teams in a high-volume retail setting.
• Strong commercial and P&L experience with a track record of delivering results.
• Ability to lead through change and maintain standards under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop a large management and colleague team.
• Take full ownership of store sales, profitability and KPIs.
• Drive operational excellence across stock, availability, compliance, health & safety and customer experience.
• Build a high-performance culture through coaching, accountability and succession planning.
• Analyse performance and use data to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Manage labour, payroll and operational costs effectively.
• Lead through change during peak trading periods.
• Partner with senior leadership to deliver strategic initiatives.
