Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment, ideally within a large format fast paced store.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• A track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations.

Responsibilities

• Leading from the front to deliver a first-class customer journey.
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and stock presentation.
• Drive store sales and achieve commercial targets.
• Recruit, coach and develop a motivated, high-performing team.
• Manage stock, product presentation and use data to identify improvements.

• Collaborate with Area Manager on initiatives and projects.
