Are you a retail professional with a passion for leading high-performing teams and driving exceptional customer experiences?

We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Flagship Store Manager to lead the opening of our flagship Experience Centre, opening on Wigmore Street, London in April 2025.

The new store will replace our Cavendish Square location.

The Miele brand is synonymous with quality, design, & innovation. In our new elegantly designed store, we will curate a handpicked selection of the finest luxury lifestyle appliances for our clientele to use in their homes, delivering memorable demonstrations, bespoke consultations, and exceptional customer service.

The space will be designed to host both clientele and brand partners, offering a luxurious and intimate environment to explore our collection of home appliances at their own pace, ensuring a personalized shopping experience. Every detail, from interior design to displays, has been thoughtfully curated to elevate the lifestyle experience Miele offers.

Our Experience Centre will connect dealers, consumers, and Miele, providing opportunities to close sales directly or through our network of kitchen design partners, interior designers, and architects. We aim to deliver uncompromising quality, whether designing a new kitchen or shopping for accessories.

We organize immersive in-store events showcasing our products, allowing clients and partners to experience their lifestyle benefits and enjoy curated menus.

In this role you will be...

  • Leading the team to deliver a best-in-class brand and sales experience to consumers and partners.
  • Managing overall performance and profitability, ensuring alignment with Miele's brand and cultural standards.
  • Responsible for achieving sales, margin, and P&L targets, with involvement in strategy creation and execution.
  • Bringing innovation to store operations, especially within the luxury sector.
  • Driving sales, managing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What Will It Take To Succeed...

  • Experience in retail store management, especially within premium and luxury brands.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury products, trends, and customer expectations.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with retail partners and high-net-worth clients.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of motivating and developing teams.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with local businesses and diverse customer bases.
  • Proactive, adaptable, with excellent planning and organizational skills.

What can we offer you?

A competitive salary, potentially up to £70,000 OTE, including a basic salary up to £55,000, bonuses, and allowances. We foster a respectful, inclusive culture and support career progression within Miele GB, employing around 450 staff across the UK.
