Job summary

OMNES is seeking an inspiring Flagship Store Manager to lead our new flagship in London. You will drive exceptional guest experiences, coach a high-performing team and ensure the brand's sustainability values are embedded in every interaction and decision.

You will own commercial performance, deliver on sales targets, and foster a loyal customer community while championing responsible retail practices and circular initiatives across the store operations.

The Role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading every aspect of our new flagship store, creating an environment where customers feel welcomed, inspired and connected to the OMNES brand. You’ll drive commercial performance while ensuring our sustainability values are embedded in every customer interaction and operational decision.

You will lead by example, developing your team to deliver outstanding service, achieve ambitious targets and champion our commitment to extending the life of our products through responsible retail practices and circular initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing store team.
• Deliver and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Own the overall commercial performance of the store, including conversion, average transaction value, units per transaction and productivity.
• Recruit, develop and retain exceptional talent, creating a positive and inclusive culture where everyone contributes to success.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience that reflects OMNES’ values and builds lasting customer relationships.
• Drive CRM performance by growing the customer database, encouraging repeat visits and building a loyal community.
• Champion sustainability initiatives, including educating customers on responsible fashion choices and supporting product take-back or recycling programmes that help reduce landfill.
• Ensure the highest standards of visual merchandising, presentation and operational excellence.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, stock control and loss prevention to maximise profitability.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement across the team.
