Job summary

The Body Shop in Leeds is seeking a Flagship Store Manager to own the commercial performance, customer experience and team leadership. You will drive sustainable growth, lead from the front and build a high-performing store that delivers exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach and develop your team, manage costs and stock, and partner with internal/external stakeholders to grow the store and loyalty programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven managerial and leadership experience within retail.
• Strong track record of leading, coaching and developing teams.
• Commercial acumen and confidence in using data to make decisions.
• Experience of owning and delivering against sales, payroll, customer and operational KPIs.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the store P&L, sales performance and KPIs.
• Build and execute a compelling business plan for sustainable growth.
• Analyse performance data and translate insights into actions.
• Identify opportunities in the local market and competitor landscape.
• Manage costs with rigour and align payroll to business needs.
• Maintain stock control and deploy the right people at the right time.
• Lead, coach and develop your team to deliver a best-in-class experience.
• Create a culture of recognition, collaboration and growth.
• Champions operational excellence and audit readiness.
• Embed action plans and ensure policies are followed.
