Job summary

The Body Shop in London is seeking a Flagship Store Manager to lead a key retail destination and drive exceptional customer experiences.

You'll own the store P&L, lead and develop a high-performing team, and partner with regional leaders to deliver sustainable commercial growth, innovative in-store storytelling and outstanding service. This role demands entrepreneurial leadership and a passion for ethical beauty that inspires both customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Proven managerial and leadership experience within retail.
• Strong track record of leading, coaching and developing teams.
• Commercial acumen and confidence in using data to make decisions.
• Experience owning and delivering against sales, payroll, customer and operational KPIs.
• A genuine passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
• An understanding of local markets and the ability to spot commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the store P&L, sales performance and key commercial KPIs.
• Build and execute a compelling business plan focused on sustainable growth.
• Analyse performance data and translate insight into clear, commercially effective actions.
• Identify opportunities within your local market and competitor landscape.
• Manage costs with rigour, ensuring resource and payroll are aligned to business needs.
• Maintain strong stock control and ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
