A Flagship Store Manager for a luxury home décor brand must expertly bridge high-end retail and professional trade, delivering exceptional client experiences while driving sales. The leader should embody the brand’s aesthetic and lead with strategic vision and operational excellence.

• Luxury Retail Expertise (B2C): Deliver an immersive boutique experience, oversee product presentation, lead team outreach, develop trade partnerships, and organize events and product demonstrations.
• Clienteling & Relationship Building: Use CRM tools for long-term relationships, lead outreach campaigns, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Aesthetic & Product Sensibility: Maintain visual merchandising standards, advise clients on design, and collaborate on showroom layouts.
